薛春来，博士，研究员，博士生导师。

2002年于吉林大学电子科学与工程学院获学士学位，2007年在中国科学院半导体所获博士学位。2015年至今为中国科学院大学岗位教授，2021年获得国家杰出青年基金。现任中国科学院半导体研究所副所长，硅基光电子材料与器件研究组组长。

长期致力于硅基异质材料外延及光子学器件的研究。Si基Ge、GeSn等异质材料与器件、Si基探测与发光以及Si基光子学集成技术的研究方面取得了一系列创新性的重要成果。作为课题负责人主持国家自然基金6项，973 课题1项，中科院重点项目4项。在Light: Science and Applications, Science Bulletin，Small, Applied Physics Letters 等国内外刊物发表SCI、EI 收录文章130余篇，授权专利多项。 主要研究方向为硅基光电子学及新型光子器件。2012年入选中国科学院青年创新促进会，并担任第四、五届理事；2015年获得中国科学院“卢嘉锡青年人才奖”。
