杨林

杨林,男,博士,研究员博士生导师

2003年毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所,获微电子学与固体电子学博士学位。20038月赴日本北海道大学集成量子电子学中心留学,历任研究机关研究员和日本学术振兴会研究员。2013年获中国科学院科技创新交叉与合作团队支持,2018年获国家杰出青年基金支持。

承担了国家杰出青年基金、国家自然基金重点、国家“863”、国家重点研发专项、企业委托技术开发等项目30余项。获授权中国发明专利30余项(2项向华为公司转让),申请中国发明专利30余项。发表SCI收录论文100余篇、国际会议论文100余篇。参与组织国际学术会议10余次,任13IEEE四族光子学国际学术会议(硅基光子集成领域最有影响的学术会议)大会主席,在国际学术会议上作主旨邀请报告50余次。

已培养博士8人(3人联),硕士10人。1获中科院优秀博士论文奖5人次获中科院院长优秀奖5人次获国家奖学金。

1、片上光互连技术的研究,包括:片上光互连网络架构、光学路由器、光调制器、复用/解复用器;

2、用于数据中心和5G通信的硅基光收发芯片的研究

3、光纤通信用硅基光子器件的研究,包括:高级调制格式光调制器、宽带可调谐光学滤波器光开关阵列

4、用于海量数据处理的硅基集成光学矩阵处理器的研究;

5、用于高通量数据处理的硅基集成可编程光学逻辑回路的研究。
