Wang Shoujue, born in 1926, Expert in semiconductor electronics. He was elected Member of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1980.

Expert in semiconductor electronics, born in Shanghai, native of Shuzhou, Jiangshu Province. Graduated from Shanghai Tongji University. Researcher of the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He successfully developed the high frequency germanium alloy diffusion transistor for the first time in China in 1958 and had it produced in No.109 Factory: applying it to the domestics-made high-speed transistor computer. During 1959-1963, he was in charge of the RLD of silicon planar technology project, and successfully developed 5 types of silicon planar transistors. He succeeded in using the self-made patteren generator automatic lithographic plate making technique to fabricate the mask plate of large scale integrated circuit in 1974. He has been engaged in the research of new circuits since 1976, and has proposed a new multi-value and continuous logic high-speed circuit --plural logical circuit, and tried using it in the equipment. After 1979,he has devoted to the research of the multi-value and continuous logical circuit system and promoted it to practical application and production.

He was elected Member of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1980.
